Lifelong Learning Individualized Mentoring Program Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Lifelong Learning Individualized Mentoring Program, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

1. The content of the Lifelong Learning Individualized Mentoring Program is access only.

2. You will have access for the duration of your valid membership.  Content may not be downloaded unless expressly noted or in cases of worksheets, templates, etc.

3. Full payment is due at checkout, unless you have set up a payment plan.

4. Monthly payments for all members will draft every 30 days from the card information provided on file. This will be 30 days from the date you signed up, so please note accordingly. If your initial payment does not process, you will be sent an email requesting your information to be updated. After the second attempt, if your payment does not process, your access will be canceled. The remainder of your payments must be paid as per the contract you signed.

5. At the end of 12 months, you'll be eligible to renew at the current price. You'll be sent a renewal email before your access expires. If you choose not to renew, you will no longer have access to the program and templates. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. 
6. If you win a free scholarship, at the end of your access, you will get an email to renew at the current price.
7. If your access is canceled due to non-payment and has to be reinstated, you will lose access to bonus content or special offers.
8. Your access is subject to termination at the owner's discretion due to inappropriate or rude behavior in the Zoom sessions or community posts/comments.
9. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days after purchase.  After the 7 days, no refunds will be issued and fees will not be prorated. To request a refund, email [email protected]
10. You may cancel your program at any time, for any reason.  You can cancel online in your account (under "Settings" > "Billing".) Fees already paid will not be refunded after 7 days from purchase.

11. All cancellation requests will be processed immediately, and you will be removed from the program content, program mailing list when your cancellation is processed.  All fees owed must be paid in full at cancellation.

12. Session cancellation and rescheduling: Every effort will be made to assist you in rescheduling.  We are reasonable and know things come up and we will work with you to reschedule your session if needed. Our time is important too. Please reschedule or notify us within 48 hours in order to avoid forfeiting the session. Not contacting us to reschedule or no-showing will result in forfeit. 13. All courses are available to the whole household, but please respect my efforts and don't share your login.
14. All program content, including downloads and training or any other content is copyrighted and may not be shared, modified or distributed without owner's consent.
15. The client acknowledges that there are no guarantees in terms of results from this membership and agrees that success is 100% the responsibility of the client’s and rests on the client’s ability to learn, implement and follow through, as directed. And even with perfect implementation, the client understands that homeschooling and life come with inherent risks and challenges, which may still result in failure.
